The parent company of ZELLEYonLine is F.J.Zelley Ltd, which has been established since 1910 in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, England. The Directors and all of the Sales and Service Teams take great pride in selling high quality items of Jewellery and Watches. ZELLEYonLine is an extension of our main shop and follows the same high standards of Customer Care and product selection. Listed below are the Terms and Conditions of the "ZELLEYonLine" Web site. We recommend that you read these conditions of sale carefully as they form a legal contract between the purchaser and "ZELLEYonLine" F.J. Zelley Ltd and for this documents purpose, hear after, called the "Company".

Use of the Company's web sites or any purchase made constitutes an agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions, which are detailed below, and shall override any other Terms and Conditions. Contracts between you and the Company by means of the Company's Web sites shall be governed and construed according to English law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights under English law.
Presentation of our Products on our Web Sites
Every care has been taken in presenting our products as accurately as possible. Images visual reproduction will depend on you monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the images you see on screen or in printed form represent an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
It is very important that before placing an order you read these Terms and Conditions and in particular Delivery Information and Returns, Refund and Privacy Policy.
ZELLEYonLine Shopping
Upon the completion of an online purchase you will be sent, by email, confirmation of the order details and our acceptance of your order. We will also give an indication of delivery. When ordering some items, such as Single Stone and Three Stone Rings, Diamond Single Stone Earrings and Pendants, we require up to 2 workings days to confirm a delivery date. Stock availability of these Diamond items of Jewellery changes very frequently and your specific requirements may not be immediately available. However our Diamond Team are highly trained to search the worlds Diamond suppliers to locate Diamonds to completely satisfy your requirements. However there may be times when an exact requirement is not available and in this situation an alternative will be recommended. Money will only be taken from your payment choice once, either your order is completed as per your initial requirements, or you have confirmed by email your acceptance of our alternative recommendations.
We are under obligation to accept your order and will not accept orders outside of the United Kingdom until cleared funds have reached our Bank. This can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right not to accept an order. However orders will normally be despatched if: a). the product is available. b.) the product chosen reflects the Company's current price, c.) your credit card/debit card approved by your credit/debit card company or direct bank transfer has been cleared into our Bank. We are unable to accept orders from anyone under the age of 18 unless in person in our store in Bishop’s Stortford. All items listed on ZELLEYonLine can be purchased in store. The Company reserves the right to charge a higher price if purchased in store. However orders placed on line can be collected from our store in Bishop's Stortford (See shop address on page 1) at no extra cost.
All products listed on ZELLEYonLine can be ordered direct from our store by telephone on 01279 654649 Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5pm.
When should you order arrive
All stock orders are dispatched within 3 working days by registered post, which will need to be signed for to confirm delivery has been completed. We will only dispatch items to the address that you payment card is registered under. However items can be collected from our shop in Bishop’s Stortford (See shop address on page 1). Items that have to bee ordered will be dispatched within 24 hours of the Company receiving the goods. Please refer to section ZELLEYonLine Shopping .
Lost Packages
All our packages are sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is one of the most secure means of transporting parcels around the country. However parcels are very occasionally are misplaced or lost in transit. If this occurs please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from date of despatch.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days of the advised delivery date an insurance claim cannot be made and as such the customer will be unable to claim against any loss from the Company.
Tracking via Royal Mail your dispatched order
The Company dispatches all orders via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and as such can be tracked via the Royal Mail web site. Once we have dispatched your order we will send you confirmation via your registered email address. Your Special Delivery consignment number will be listed along with a direct link to the Royal Mail web site where you will be able to track your parcel or parcels.

We can give you advise on purchasing Diamonds or Jewellery. You will not ever receive a "Hard Sell" technique from anyone in our Company. We want to help you in any way we can to make sure your purchase will be completely satisfactory.
Prices and Changes
The pricing of Diamonds and Precious metals is based on the US Dollar and as such can be fairly volatile and as such prices can go up as well as down. ZelleyonLine reserve the right to change prices after an order has been placed.
In the event of prices going down we will charge the lesser amount.
In the event of prices going up we will inform you by email of the change in price and ask you to reply, either accepting the change and proceeding with the order or cancelling.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate which as at the 1st November 2005 is 17.5%.
Delivery Charges
Orders up to £250 £7.50
Orders over £250 free
If your order is under £250 the postage cost will be automatically added to your invoice.
In the event of you not being satisfied with your purchase once it has been delivered we offer a 14-day refund policy. However we do not refund postage costs. See ZELLEYonLine Refund Policy.
Availability
All items/services featured on ZELLEYonLine are subject to availability. Prices may change from time to time. Availability and price is confirmed at the time you place your order. If by the time your order is due to be picked and dispatched, the item is unavailable, we will email you or contact you by phone.
Infrequently information on our web site may be inaccurately displayed due to human error or system errors. We make every effort to avoid these errors but they do occasionally occur. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. All our prices are subject to change without notice. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an on line error we apologise for an inconvenience caused. After you have completed the payment section of your order we will contact your credit card company/bank. Your address and other information will be checked against your online information you completed. In the event of these not matching the credit card/banks records we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Your payment information and payment is carried out via a secure site. This protects your private information from anyone unauthorised to view it.
In the event of refunding any monies paid we will credit the card or payment method used to purchase the item/s.
Refund Policy
ZELLEYonLine will provide a refund or exchange of goods that prove to be faulty or not satisfactory within a 14 day period from dispatch. You may also return the item/s to our Bishop's Stortford shop. Please ensure that all the original packaging and invoice are included. We recommend that you return the items via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The return address is:

In the event of an item received being faulty please return the item to ZELLEYonLine in the original packaging with the original purchase invoice. Our Quality Control Department will examine the item and a refund will only be given if the item is confirmed to be the same one that was originally despatched and in the same condition. Refunds will not be given if the returned item arrives at ZELLEYonLine, damaged, due to unsatisfactory packing. In the event that ZELLEYonLine agree that newly delivered goods returned as faulty are genuinely faulty and have not been misused we will refund all postage costs.
Diamond Certificates
Some of our Diamonds will have independent Diamond Certificates, which have been produced in highly respected laboratories around the world. These Diamond Certificates are lengthy and very comprehensive and as such are expensive. When returning items, which include a diamond certificate the certificate must be returned with the goods. Failure to comply or if the certificate is lost or arrives back damaged, will result in the Company charging £150 for a replacement.
Cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Protection Regulation, you have the right to cancel you order with ZELLEYonLine at anytime within 14 days of receiving goods. In the event of being unable to deliver your order within the confirmed delivery time, you are entitled to cancel your order without penalty. Please email us with you instructions clearly quoting your order number, which appears on you confirmation email.
Privacy Policy
The Company and its employee's respects that your private information is confidential and will never disclose anything about you to a 3rd party without your permission.
Valuation for Insurance purposes of Goods purchased
It is the Company's policy to supply a "Valuation for Insurance Certificate" for each item over £1000. The valuation will reflect what in the opinion of the appraiser is the current replacement value in a normal High Street Jewellers. This valuation should be presented to your insurance company as soon as possible.
Insurance of Goods in Transit
All our items are insured whist on the Company's premises and whilst in transit to our customer. However the insurance cover ceases once the item has been delivered and signed for. We recommend that you contact your insurance company as soon as the goods have been received.
